Recently, SmartGen HAT 835 Three Power Bus Tie Controller was applied in an airport project.

Project Overview

There are two mains switches, one genset switch and one bus tie switch in the lighting substation system of this domestic airport project. SmartGen HAT 835 Three Power Bus Tie Controller was installed to control these four switches.
The system connects to three separate power supplies (two from mains and one from genset). And genset power supply will be the emergency one.
HAT835 controller can detect voltage (3-phase from 3-way) precisely. When over/under voltage, over/under frequency, loss of phase, reverse phase sequence and other abnormal conditions occur, it will make accurate judgment and output the corresponding passive digital signal. As for this project, it requires three power supplies to be switched quickly with safety and stability, and realizes the function of automatic transfer/non-automatic restore.

The new battery charger BAC2410D of SmartGen will launch!

Fit with up-to-date power supply device, float charger BAC2410D is specially designed for meeting the charging characteristics of the lead-acid engine starter batteries and can be used for long-term float charging of 24V lead-acid batteries.

b)Automatic two-stage charging process (first constant current, then constant voltage) carried out according to storage battery charging characteristics to prevent overcharging and significantly prolong battery lifetime;

d)Built-in current protective circuit, which can give effective protection when output over current, short-circuit or reverse connection occurs. Regard power lamp or charge lamp fast blinking as alarm;

f)LED display: Power indication (Green light) and charging indication (Red light).
g)Monitoring display: Digital tube circularly display the current charging voltage and charging current.

The announcement of the global “dual carbon” goal has spurred rapid development in the new energy industry. Analyzing the cumulative installed capacity distribution of 2022 industrial and commercial energy storage in domestic regions, the installed capacity in East China, South China, and Northwest China ranks among the top. Recently, SmartGen Energy Storage System All-in-one Cabinet was installed in an industrial park to provide power and balance the power grid for the park, as well as bring benefits to customers by peak shaving and load shifting.

Due to the less economically exploitable wind resources on land, the global wind power plant construction has appeared the trend of development from land to offshore. Compared with land wind power stability and zero dust emission advantages, while reducing the wear of the unit to extend the service life, the offshore wind power is suitable for large-scale, the energy efficiency is 20%~40% higher than land wind plants, but also has the advantages of no land, high wind speed, less dust, large electricity, operation and development.
