On June 14, strategic partner Beijing Bevone Electric Co. Ltd came to our company for 2023 annual supplier audit. The audit is led by deputy general manager of Bevone, supply chain director, R&D director of dual power and quality department manager respectively conduct on-site audit of SmartGen supply chain, R&D, quality, manufacturing center and other departments. The first meeting was chaired by quality department director of Bevone, the leader of the audit, to inform every one of the audit process and division of labor. Directors of SmartGen quality, R&D, technology, manufacturing center and other department attended the first meeting and the audit summary meeting.
Bevone supply chain director conduct the audit of SmartGen’s supply chain department, went to raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse and other sites respectively, and had in-depth communication with purchasing, material control, warehousing and other departments.
After the audit, Bevone team and various departments directors of SmartGen held a summary meeting, Bevone team respectively summarized the problems found in the quality, supply chain, R&D and other departments during the audit, and gave good suggestions. Finally, the deputy general manager of Bevone made a concluding speech, pointing out that this is not only an audit of supplier, but also an opportunity to achieve mutual exchange of experience, mutual learning and common progress. Hope that SmartGen will strive to achieve the eight-character policy of “Leading Technology, Leading Cost”. It is worthy to learning the professionalism of Bevone, and SmartGen will have greater improvement in management through this audit.
