The sales capability enhancement course officially launched its first session on April 7th, 2024, with the aim of enhancing the overall capabilities of the sales team. In order to ensure that the training content is closely integrated with the actual business needs, colleagues from the sales center and business development center have carefully prepared this course.
The first course focuses on improving sales skills and learning sales toolkits. The teaching colleagues not only shared rich sales experience, but also combined specific cases to help new colleagues better understand sales skills and product knowledge. In addition, the teaching colleagues also brought the finished products to the training site, allowing new colleagues to personally experience the characteristics of the products, thereby better recommending and selling to customers.
The purpose of this training activity is to build a better sales team at the engineer level to meet the company’s future development direction. Through comprehensive and systematic training courses, members of the sales team will continuously improve their sales skills and create more business value for the company.
