On June 6, the leaders of SME led the colleagues from technology department, purchasing department and quality department to carry out quality system pre-audit in SmartGen, and successfully conducted it, laying a solid foundation for the next in-depth cooperation.
We warmly welcome and highly cooperate with this audit work. According to the itinerary, the delegation of SME first visited the factory, and relevant department leaders of SmartGen gave a detailed introduction of the company’s development history, superior products and future development plan, with a focus on visiting the heater production line of the electric control workshop. Colleagues from SME technology department and engineers from SmartGen exchanged views on the production process of the heater and fully affirmed the heater performance.
Before the formal quality system audit, SME made an introduction to the company and deepened mutual understanding. After a day of audit, SME conducted a comprehensive and detailed audit of SmartGen for the production site, product sales and after-sales service, and expressed recognition.
