SmartGen | SmartGen Lean Improvement Project Showcase Competition (9th) Held!

Recently, the 9th SmartGen Lean Improvement Competition was grandly held in the Tianjian Lake factory, which is also the first lean competition after we moved to the new factory, and the quality and level of the participating projects have reached a new height.
There were a total of 12 projects in this competition, and the project leaders showed the project objectives, improvement process, project benefits, etc. through on-site explanations or reports, and the general manager personally led the heads of various departments to serve as judges. Through fierce competition, 3 excellent improvement projects stood out.

Product harness production optimization

The team leader of the project is Wu Yulin from the manufacturing center, who led the team to analyze the human-machine-material-method environment, determined the two key improvement directions of personnel coordination and operation mode optimization, and introduced equipment fixtures such as ultra-high-speed silent peeling and ending machine, wiring harness mounting plate, etc., which increased the production capacity of wiring harness by more than 20%.

Intelligent cloud platform revision and optimization

The project comes from the digitization department, Tan Yachao, the project leader, cooperated with the relevant colleagues of the testing department and the brand construction department, combined with internal and external feedback, understood the user’s needs, and upgraded the intelligent cloud platform through functional demonstration, logical design and interaction. After upgrading, it is more convenient for users to operate and manage, and the sense of experience and beauty is stronger. At the same time, the online enterprise private cloud mode can realize the minute-level opening of the enterprise private cloud. This mode takes the enterprise as the unit, manages the equipment and personnel of each organization under the enterprise separately, and reduces the cost of enterprise management and maintenance.

Standardization and informatization of repair process

The project is optimized by Chen Huihui from the marketing center in collaboration with the sales office and repair personnel from four aspects: improving the standardized documents of the repair process, sorting out the standard SOP, adding the integrated account and sharing the mobile terminal, and forming the training materials and assessment standards, which greatly improves the standardization and informatization of the repair work and effectively supports the quality of the repair work and customer satisfaction.
