Case 1: 2 HGM9510 for high voltage parallel
A unit with a 10.5kV power supply requires a standby genset to supply the load after mains power failure, but the load capacity is too large for a single set to reach, so two high voltage sets are needed in parallel. The HGM9510 can realize high voltage parallel, simply turn on the voltage transformer function of the controller and set the voltage transformer ratio, then HGM9510 controller will display genset actual voltage according to the voltage transformer ratio.

Case 2: 16 HGM9510 for combustion engines parallel
The HGM9510 is used in a project where 16 combustion engines are paralleled by a Huachai DEUTZ gas engine with a Maidi generator, achieving perfect paralleling on site. HGM9510 realizes speed regulation through analog, engine monitoring through CAN, and fast power sharing through MSC communication.

Case 3: HGM9520N grid-connection and uninterrupted power supply
HGM9520N mains parallel controller, in conjunction with the national grid using load receiving mode and mains power, to supply uninterrupted power to a factory. Working logic: Before power outage the unit is started and connected to mains, the power generation is soft loaded, all mains power is transferred to the unit, mains power is switched off and shut down, the unit runs with load alone. After the mains power is restored to normal, the unit is anti-synchronous to the mains, mains power is switched on and all the power generated is transferred to the mains, the unit is switched off and shut down, and the mains power is loaded separately.

Case 4: HGM9560+HGM9510 gas grid-connection
A textile factory in Shaoxing uses a 500kW gas unit and mains power grid-connected for the normal operation of three assembly lines due to the overload of the factory. The mains management mode is used. Mains takes 40kW load and the rest of the load is all taken care of by the gas unit. The distance between the on-site workshop and the machine room is relatively far, so SGCAN300 optical fiber module is used for communication. One SGCAN300 module is equipped on the side of the HGM9510 control box in the machine room, and the distribution room is equipped with the other SGCAN300 module, which perfectly solves the long-distance communication problem.

At a user’s site, 10 mobile power supply vehicles installed in parallel (there are 10 gensets in the follow-up, 20 in total),.
10 ECU units of the same brand, which automatically make oil pre-supply before startup, have the function of automatically/ manually lifting the smoke exhaust compartment door, and the indoor fan, intercooler fan and radiator fan of the water tank are logically programmed through the PLC function of the parallel controller HGM9510 to realize automatic control.

After the genset is started, the noise measured by the sound attenuated box is 60db~75db. After loading, the frequency is not reduced, no black smoke is emitted, the voltage is not reduced, the load distribution is balanced, and genset is stable after sudden loading and unloading.

The connection of the cloud monitoring module is simple, and the DC power supply, RS485 communication line, GPS antenna and GPRS antenna are connected at the same time, and the SIM card is inserted; After registering and adding units on the SmartGen cloud plus, the remote control of 10 units can be realized, and the status of gensets can be understood in real time.

The user can realize accurate positioning and navigation through GPS and Beidou satellite. There is a reminder of the maintenance time due and a remote locking function, so that the user can know the status of the unit and remote control at any time thousands of miles away. SmartGen parallel controller HGM9510 can be adapted to ECU gensets of various brands and models, with high flexibility and wide adaptability. Select the corresponding engine type according to the existing engine; It supports two types of non-ECU Engines and ECU Engines. There are more than 30 types of ECU Engines to choose from. It supports the engine exhaust emission standards of national II, national III and National IV.

HGM9510 has the function of controlling GOV and AVR, and can automatically synchronize and load evenly. The controller is equipped with SAE J1939 interface and can communicate with various ECUs (engine control unit) with J1939 interface.

Finally, the whole batch of Class A products was ensured to be streamlined, quickly online and offline on the day and the production cycle was shortened. At the same time, the closing action from THT to the initial test was reduced to avoid potential quality problems.

HMU15N remote monitoring controller is used for the remote monitoring of single or multiple genset controllers (up to 10).
It can realize remote start/stop, auto/manual mode transfer, close/open operation and real-time data monitoring, alarm display, data curve, event log functions. It also has three-level operation permission, flexible configuration and simple operation.
HMU15N applies Android operation system and communicates with genset controller via RS485 port or ETHERNET port.

BMS is the abbreviation of Battery Management System. It is a device to monitor the status of energy storage batteries, which is mainly used for intelligent management and maintenance of each battery unit to prevent over charge and over discharge, prolong the service life of the battery and monitor battery status.
BMS can monitor and collect the status parameters of energy storage battery in real time (including but not limited to single battery voltage, battery pole temperature, battery circuit current, terminal voltage of battery pack, insulation resistance of battery system, etc.), analyze and calculate the relevant status parameters, get more system status evaluation parameters, realize the effective control of energy storage battery body according to specific protection and control strategy, and ensure safe and reliable operation of whole battery energy storage unit.
Meanwhile BMS can communicate with external devices (PCS, EMS, fire protection system) through its communication port, analog/digital input/output ports, ensure the safe, reliable and high-effective grid connection and run of the power station.

BMS developed by SmartGen includes HBCU100 and HBMU100 two modules.
HBCU100 module completes the protection of battery cell and calculation of SOC, SOH through the analysis of battery cell voltage, temperature uploaded by BMU.

HBMU100 module is used for collecting cell voltage and temperature, and uploading external data. HNMU100-16 can collect 16 cell voltage and 8 temperature data, HBMU100-32 can collect 32 cell voltage and 16 temperature data.
The system realizes the protection of cell over/under voltage, over/under temperature, charging/discharging current through battery module data collecting and uploading to monitoring platform, three-level fault protection system and control of external main circuit relay.
BMS can realize protocol compatibility with energy storage converter (PCS) from multiple manufacturers to manage charging and discharging of battery pack. It can be widely used in energy storage battery cabinets of various power levels.
