Firstly, SmartGen development history was showed to our distinguished guests to have a brief knowing about SmartGen brand.Therewith, in order to know more about SmartGen, we invited our guests to visit the exhibition hall, dust-free workshop and laboratory on the spot to make them have a clear understanding about SmartGen products and application fields.

After this visit event, SmartGen was widely appreciated and accepted by all leaders and foreign visitors.

As we all know, Thailand is renowned as a tourist country, especially most of tour regions are islands on which there could be gensets everywhere. The visit event is a step forward for generating control industry’s free trade and win-win cooperation between China and Thailand.

On September 6-9, 2017, the Electric,Power, and Renewable Energy Indonesia event held as scheduled,SmartGen headquarter with local agent team in a total of 13person attended this event. We visited each generator maker booth seriously, sum up the data, listen to the needs of Indonesia customer demand, then we sharing some below infomation with our same field friends.
1, The generator companies a total of 37, including 29 Chinese enterprises, 8 non-chinese companies.Chinese used action to show made-in-China determination to move towards the world!2, Depending on the rise of Made -in-China power , SmartGen did not live up to everyone.become the highest rate of this event controller brand. A total of 15 Chinese and foreign manufacturers exhibitors used our brand.3, Refer to more than ten Indonesia friends to asking the market demand for Chinese gensets, consistent with the conclusion is that hope China provides two types of products: either the integration of the world’s biggest, and highlight the price advantage;Or is a collection of domestic high-quality goods, prominent local manufacturing.

Anhui Line Electric Pump Co., Ltd. mainly produces over 800 kinds of centrifugal pumps, heat pumps, submersible pumps, heat pumps, chemical pumps, fire pumps, etc. Company set design, production, manufacturing (casting), sales as one, is key enterprise in China pump industry. At present, they use diesel engine fire pump special controller FPC915, smart charger, water heater and other products of SmartGen, mainly used in high-end and important fire protection.

In SmartGen’s star products family, HAT560NBC is a new star in the ATS dual power control product. Small size, full-featured, cost-effective, since production has been recognized by customers. And the old star HGM6120UC generator controller used together can be described as “created by nature”, the base station maintenance personnel saves lots of manpower and material resources. Through RS485 and mobile operators to achieve data transmission sharing, real-time monitoring of the base station power system and generator data. The usual normal HAT560NBC control ATS switch will switch to electric load side, when the electricity is abnormal (mains overvoltage, undervoltage, electric power, electric phase, reverse phase sequence etc.) start automatically through the HGM6120UC control unit. When the power generation is normal, the load is automatically switched to the power generation side. So as to realize automatic switching of power supply. During the starting process of the generator set, the load is changed from the base station and the storage battery into alternating three-phase four lines to ensure that the communication base station server is not interrupted. Such applications can also be used in other industries.

VOLVO TAD1354GE EFI engine is controlled by HGM7210CAN. In general, because of the tunnel tractor’s large power, it will run at high speed once the tunnel tractor is started. In order to save the cost of fuel oil, the customer needed SmartGen’s controller could help tunnel tractor to realize functions as same as cars that tunnel tractor could run at low speed when it is stopped and work at related 1500RPM speed when it run with load. HGM7210CAN could meet customer’s needs completely that we set programmable input port as idling mode. Engine running at idle that idling control input port close via external PLC normal-close output when runnel tractor stop. And when runnel tractor starts to run with load, external vehicle-mounted sensor sends signal to PLC to disconnect output port of PLC and input port of idling control, and then engine will run at high speed. When we need engine stop, external PLC sends stop instructions to controller, and then we set programmable input port of HGM7210CAN as simulation key input close. Thus, the unit will stop after heat dissipation finally.

At present, the clean energy in distributed energy is mainly gaseous fuel, and there are gas, biogas, etc. The combustible ingredient in the biogas is mainly methane. In our daily life, methane is the most easily produced gas from garbage accumulation, as a kind of greenhouse gas, methane is 21 times more harmful to the atmosphere than carbon dioxide. In addition, landfill gas contains toxic and carcinogenic gases, which can cause great harm to human health and ecological environment. But in recent years landfill gas as fuel power generation project gradually appear, this kind of power generation has short construction period, permanent covers and no secondary pollution, and uses the harmful gases after landfill to reach the purpose of cleaning the air. Recently, SmartGen has completed debugging of a sand mining ship in Hunan province, and has been ready to deliver to customers.

The ship is equipped with four pump units and two main propulsion units, the unit adopts Cummins engine and HMC9000 engine controller. The alarm protection and information display, local/remote data transmission and speed control performance meet customer requirements after debugging.

HMC9000 series engine controller of SmartGen can be widely applied to marine emergency units, main propulsion units, main generator units or water pump units, with remote monitoring module interface is used for remote monitoring, can start/stop remotely.

This controller integrates digitization, intelligentization and network technology, it achieves automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and “three remote” (remote control, remote measuring and remote communication).

This controller with SAE J1939 interface can communicate with ECU engines. Multiple parameters such as engine speed, water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure can be transmitted via this communication interface and displayed on controller. This port also enables all kinds of module expansion; it combines fast data transmission, simple connections and high reliability.
