A Tea Party: Offer Advice for SmartGen

In order to cultivate more excellent talents, SmartGen launched a talent training plan in early 2018.

The first half of 2018 has passed, in order to discover more talents, our company recently invited some employees of every department to attend the tea party. We hope that our employees could give advice and suggestions for the development of our company.
First of all, the general manager of SmartGen briefly introduces the company’s current business condition and future strategic planning. Then, around the issues such as “how to improve the quality of products”, “QCC”, “employee assistance” and “employee development”, the employees expressed their own opinions and put forward their suggestions.

The leaders of every department listened to the suggestions carefully and gave a response to some problems that could be solved on the spot. For those problems that could not be solved, our leaders will open the symposium and give feedback later.

Read ten thousand books, travel ten thousand miles. At last, our company gave the book called “The Effective Executive“ to every participant as a gift.

Human resource is the first resource. SmartGen will continue to cultivate talents in a variety of ways, encourage innovation, provide users with better products and services.
